Buyers can ask about pricing, square footage, HOA fees, neighborhood information, disclosure history, schools, and more. For binding matters like offers and contracts, the AI always defers to the licensed agent.
When you upload an MLS sheet, flyer, or property document, REAIGENT7 extracts the facts — price, beds, baths, square footage, features, HOA, condition — and uses them to train a per-listing AI assistant. You can edit any extracted field before publishing. The AI only answers based on what you've provided; it never makes up information.
Never. Every lead — whether from the AI chat, a contact form, a showing request, or an open-house sign-in — goes directly to you. REAIGENT7 does not sell buyer information, does not route buyers to competing agents, and does not charge referral fees on leads.
Yes. REAIGENT7 works for MLS listings, pocket listings, pre-MLS properties, and off-market sales. You control privacy settings per listing — you can hide a listing from the public browse page while keeping a direct share link or embed for targeted outreach.
If you downgrade, your listings above the new plan's limit are automatically unpublished (not deleted) on the day the downgrade takes effect — you can republish them if you upgrade again. If you cancel, your listings are unpublished and your data is retained so you can reactivate anytime. You can also delete your account entirely from Settings, which removes all data permanently.
Every listing comes with a QR code, direct share links, and embed codes for your website or blog.
