1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using REAIGENT7 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

REAIGENT7 provides an AI-powered real estate assistant platform that allows licensed real estate agents to create listing pages, manage leads, and provide AI-powered property information to prospective buyers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account or allow others to access it.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent listing information
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
Abuse the AI features to generate harmful or misleading content
Violate any applicable real estate laws or regulations

6. AI-Generated Content

REAIGENT7 uses artificial intelligence to generate property descriptions, answer buyer questions, provide area insights, score leads, and extract market intelligence from conversations. AI outputs are informational only and do not constitute professional real estate advice. All binding decisions — including pricing, offers, and contracts — must be made through a licensed agent.

Listing descriptions, buyer conversations, and property data are processed by OpenAI's APIs to generate responses and extract insights. By using this Service, you acknowledge that this data is sent to OpenAI for processing in accordance with their privacy policy. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from buyers before their data is submitted for AI processing. AI-generated content may not be fully accurate and should be reviewed by a licensed agent before being relied upon for binding decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload (listing data, images, documents). By uploading content, you grant REAIGENT7 a license to use, display, and process that content to provide the Service. The REAIGENT7 platform, brand, and technology are owned by REAIGENT7.

8. Third-Party Data Sources

Certain market data displayed on the Service is provided by third-party sources, including Redfin, a national real estate brokerage, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and the U.S. Census Bureau. This data is provided for informational purposes only and is not guaranteed to be accurate or current. REAIGENT7 is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

9. Limitation of Liability

REAIGENT7 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
