Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google.
Listing Data
Agents upload property information including MLS documents, property details, images, and descriptions. This data is used to power listing pages and AI features.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the Service, including page views, feature usage, and interactions with AI chat. We may use analytics tools to understand usage patterns.
Lead Information
When buyers submit contact forms, showing requests, or interact with AI chat, we collect their name, email, phone number, and message content to facilitate agent-buyer communication.
Automated Lead Scoring
When a buyer submits a lead (via contact form, showing request, or open house sign-in), we automatically calculate an engagement score based on signals such as contact information provided, type of inquiry, prior interactions, agent responsiveness, and chat engagement depth. Leads are categorized into tiers (Warm, Hot, or Priority) and displayed in agent dashboards and notification emails to help agents prioritize follow-up.
Question Extraction & Market Intelligence
From buyer-AI conversations, we automatically extract and normalize individual questions to understand common buyer concerns. Extracted questions are stripped of personally identifiable information, categorized by topic, and aggregated across listings and geographic areas (ZIP codes) to identify market-level trends. This data is used to improve AI responses and generate platform-wide insights. Agents can view and respond to unanswered questions from their dashboard.
Automated Notifications
Lead and showing request notification emails include automatically generated content such as the lead tier (Warm, Hot, or Priority), engagement reasons (e.g. "Requested a showing", "Provided phone number"), and conversation summaries extracted from buyer chat sessions. These are generated automatically to help agents respond effectively.
Automated Batch Processing
We run automated scheduled tasks to refresh platform-wide intelligence caches, generate trending improvement suggestions, send lead follow-up reminders and trial expiration warnings (based on agent notification preferences), and clean up old chat messages.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and secure authentication tokens. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. We also use PostHog for product analytics, which stores a cookie to track anonymous usage patterns. PostHog respects the Do Not Track (DNT) browser setting — if you enable DNT, no analytics data will be collected. You can also clear PostHog cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Listing data associated with your account is also deleted.
Raw chat messages between buyers and the AI are automatically deleted after 90 days. Structured data extracted from conversations (buyer questions, topic categories, and answerability status) is retained separately for market intelligence and may persist after chat messages are deleted. Anonymized and aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
