Use Case
Private, off-market, and pre-MLS listings deserve a professional buyer-facing page — not a PDF in a text thread. REAIGENT7 hosts pocket listings with the same AI chat, lead capture, and area data as public listings, hidden from public browse and shareable by direct link.
Not every property is ready for the open market on day one. Sellers who value privacy, brokerages with office exclusives, and agents building anticipation for a pre-MLS launch all benefit from a page-with-a-link that isn't on the public browse surface yet.
Every REAIGENT7 listing has a showOnBrowse toggle in the listing editor under “What buyers can see.” When off:
Share the URL by email, text, private network channels, or QR codes on print collateral. Only people with the link can find the listing.
A pocket listing is a property marketed outside the MLS — typically before going public, for seller-privacy reasons, or as a brokerage exclusive. The agent has the property but isn't broadcasting it on the open market. The term covers pre-MLS coming-soon, office exclusives, private sales, and quiet-marketing scenarios.
Yes. Every REAIGENT7 listing has a `showOnBrowse` toggle. When off, the listing is hidden from the public /homes browse page and excluded from the public sitemap — but the listing page itself remains fully functional via its direct URL. AI buyer chat, lead capture, photo galleries, and area data all work the same as a public listing.
Pocket listing and off-market are often used interchangeably. Technically: 'pocket' usually implies the agent has it but hasn't taken it public yet; 'off-market' can mean never going public (seller doesn't want broad exposure). REAIGENT7 supports both — the listing is private until the agent flips the visibility toggle.
By direct link only. The agent shares the URL with specific buyers, qualified brokers, or via private channels (email, text, network outreach). The listing never appears on the public browse page, in the sitemap, or in search results.
Yes. Toggle `showOnBrowse` to on whenever the listing is ready to go public — for MLS launch, after a price reduction, or when the seller is ready. All the buyer engagement, chat history, and lead data carries forward.
Yes. The AI assistant answers buyer questions about the property and area exactly the same way it does on public listings. The only difference is who can find the listing — public browse visibility is off.
Pre-MLS coming-soon fits the pocket-listing pattern. Agents use REAIGENT7 to start collecting buyer interest, answering AI-handled questions, and building a lead pipeline before the property goes live publicly. When the MLS listing goes active, the agent flips visibility on and pushes traffic to a page that already has buyer engagement.
